Privacy and website use

Updated: 2 November 2026.

Who operates this site?

WATech Technologies Guinea is an entrepreneurial project, led by Rahim Fofana between Canada and Guinea. The site presents our activities and a Cash Book prototype. It does not offer purchases or subscription payments.

Privacy contact

Rahim Fofana handles privacy requests. For questions, access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of your testing request, email rahim@watechguinea.com. We may ask for the minimum information needed to verify your request.

Information collected and purposes

The former pilot application form, now disabled, asked for your business name, activity, city, preferred contact method and an email address or phone number. It also recorded the date, a request reference, language and the accepted notice version. We use these details only to assess testing requests, organise discussions and follow up. Current forms only prepare a WhatsApp message on your device, which you choose whether to send. Do not send your customers’ data, identity documents or banking information.

Access, hosting and transfers

Previously received requests remain stored until expiry in a private database associated with the website, hosted on Cloudflare D1 through Sites. They are not displayed publicly. Rahim and authorised team members handling the tests may receive information needed for follow-up. Infrastructure and technical providers may process data outside Canada and Guinea. We do not guarantee exclusively Canadian hosting. Email or WhatsApp messages you choose to send also use those external services and their privacy rules.

Retention and deletion

Each previously received request has an expiry date set six months after receipt. Disabling collection does not extend that period. The site deletes expired requests when it is used. You may request earlier deletion. Any copies needed for follow-up in email or the CRM must also be deleted when no longer needed, subject to applicable legal obligations. Provider technical logs and backups follow their own retention cycles.

Cookies, security and choices

The website code adds no advertising cookies, profiling tools or analytics. Hosting services may process technical information needed for operation and security, such as IP addresses in their logs. The site uses HTTPS and current forms validate fields before preparing your WhatsApp message. The former collection API no longer accepts new requests. No system can guarantee absolute security. A testing request does not subscribe you to advertising messages.

Website use and prototype

Do not attempt unauthorised access, submit abusive requests or send another person’s information without permission. Cash Book visuals are enhanced from the prototype and may differ from the version tested. Features, testing terms and any commercial offer will be explained separately before any commitment. Submitting the form does not guarantee a place or create a purchase obligation. Applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected.

WhatsApp demo form

The demo form prepares a WhatsApp message on your device. It does not save or send the entered name, phone number and need to this site. You choose whether to send the message in WhatsApp. The former pilot application form and its collection API are disabled. The private database and expiry provisions apply only to previously received requests.
